Akanksha Tripathi has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Xapads Media since February 2014. In this role, Akanksha focuses on employee satisfaction, talent acquisition, and the development of talent strategies to enhance organizational culture. Previously, Akanksha held positions at Xaprio Solutions Pvt Ltd, progressing from HR Executive to Senior HR Executive, where responsibilities included senior-level recruitment and manpower planning. Akanksha also has experience in public relations and HR strategy, bridging theory and practical application across various HR functions. Akanksha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from EMPI Business School and completed intermediate education at M.V.M.
