Nipun Chadha

Nipun Chadha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Xapads Media since February 2014, Nipun collaborates with the leadership team to define and exceed business goals across Programmatic, Display, and Mobile Performance, while also developing strategies to onboard premium supply partners. Previously held roles at Xaprio Solutions included HR Head, where responsibilities encompassed quality recruitment, team building, and policy execution, as well as Head of Operations, focusing on structural integrity and departmental coordination. Nipun began a career in graphic design, holding the position of Graphic Head before transitioning to operations and HR roles. Educational qualifications include a Higher Secondary degree from St. Cecilia's Public School, completing studies in 2003.
