Julia M. Dama

Julia Dama has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julia has held several leadership positions at Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia, including Chief Solutions Officer, Chief Services Officer, Chief Business Relationship Officer, and Head of Clients & Professional Services. Prior to that, Julia worked at PT. Indika Energy Tbk. as a Project Management Office Manager and IT Business Relationship Manager. Julia also gained experience as an IT Business Analyst at Petrosea. Julia's early career involved working as a Consular Assistant at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, an AusAID International Student Mentor at the University of Melbourne, and an Information System Coordinator and Officer at Multi Mart.

Julia Dama has a Master's degree in Business and IT from the University of Melbourne, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Julia was an Australian Development Scholarship Awardee during this period. In 2018, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) as an Australia Awards Indonesia Awardee, where they focused on Transformational Business Leadership. Prior to their Master's degree, Julia Dama completed a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from De La Salle University from 2000 to 2004.
