Ignacio Luzuriaga has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ignacio started their career in 2007 as a Retail Credit Assistant at the Bank of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay's Retail Credit Division. From there, they moved on to the Credit Risk department at the same bank and worked as a Credit Risk Analyst from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, Ignacio joined the Market and Liquidity Risk team at the Bank of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, where they served as a Market and Liquidity Risk Analyst until 2018. In 2011, Ignacio also took on the role of Operations and Finance Lead at Refrescos del Litoral SRL, where they worked until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Xapo Bank, where they have previously served as a Banking Operations Manager and Back Office Lead.
Ignacio Luzuriaga has a diverse education history. Ignacio pursued a Postgraduate in Administration from Universidad de la República from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they completed an Economy and Banking Management Diploma in 2016 and 2017. Ignacio also obtained a Postgraduate in Finance from the same university from 2013 to 2016. Their earlier educational milestone was completing a degree in Public Accountancy from 2004 to 2012, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management.
