Joe E. is an experienced product manager with a focus on customer acquisition, onboarding, and optimizing the user journey for growth and regulatory compliance at Xapo Bank. Previously, Joe contributed to Kraken Digital Asset Exchange by enhancing scalability in user-facing support through cross-functional collaboration.
