Shalini Sinha has worked in various roles in the marketing and growth space since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were Manager - Client Success at Kenscio Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd. In 2016, they were an Intern at IMRB International. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at CleverTap, where they were responsible for assisting clients on continuously improving their business KPIs and marketing processes, through use case design, solutioning and cross channel communication strategies. From 2018 to 2021, they were Growth Product Manager at dineout.co.in, where they were responsible for marketing and growth for App & Web, and owned the product growth roadmap. Currently, they are AVP - Marketing at TruckBook, where they are responsible for end-to-end ownership of developing new online growth marketing framework, and works cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and services to create and execute on growth projects. In 2022, they will be Product Marketing at Xare.

Shalini Sinha's education history includes attending Somerville School from 2003 to 2011, followed by BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell from 2011 to 2014 where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Shalini then attended IBS Hyderabad from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2019, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi for the Executive Management Programme on Strategic Innovation, Digital Marketing & Business Analytics (SIDM) in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google in November 2022.
