Elizabeth (Glinka) Delaney serves as Content Director for Xavier Creative House since January 2024 and Vice President Content Director at Argon since October 2019. At Argon, responsibilities include overseeing corporate collateral for a generics pharmaceutical company, establishing social strategy for a gene therapy firm, and leading messaging for the R^2 brand targeting patients with follicular lymphoma. Previous roles include Associate Creative Director and Senior Copywriter at The Navicor Group, where Elizabeth managed creative processes and led brand campaigns. Experience also includes project management in medical communications and a strong foundation in content development, competitive analysis, and brand positioning. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biochemical Engineering, supplemented by a 200-hour Yoga certification.
