Diego Jara

Diego Jara has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Diego started their career in 2013 at GEODIS as a Logistics Analyst and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined GEODIS again as a Lean Referent until 2018. Diego then moved to Amazon in 2018 and worked as an Inbound Manager until 2019. Diego then joined Mercado Libre as an Inbound & Returns Supervisor, where they were responsible for operations and results. In 2021, they joined XB Fulfillment as a Senior Fulfillment Manager, where they led implementation and design for different accounts. Diego later took on the role of Senior Account Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Diego Jara's education history includes a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, completed from 2006 to 2012. Diego also obtained an Associate's degree in Logistics & Operations from Universidad ESAN in 2013, and another Associate's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2012.

Diego further pursued their education by completing a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and Universidad ESAN, from 2014 to 2016. Diego also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Services Version certification from the American Society for Quality in 2017.

Recently, Diego attended the MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2023, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Diego also obtained certifications in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2023, CTL.SC1x: Supply Chain Fundamentals from MITx on edX in 2017, and Administración Estratégica y Emprendedora from The University of New Mexico in 2017.
