Rafael Nogueira

Rafael Nogueira has extensive experience in logistics and operations. Rafael is currently the Director of Operations at XB Fulfillment since April 2023, and previously worked as the Senior Fulfillment Manager at the same company from February 2022 to April 2023. Before that, Rafael was the Fulfillment Manager - Operations at Mercado Libre from June 2021 to February 2022. Rafael also served as the Logistics Manager at KOSTAL Group from September 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Rafael held various positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Logistics Manager, Logistics Leader, and Supply Chain Coordinator. Rafael worked at Votorantim Cimentos as a Logistics Coordinator and Manserv - Logística as a Site Leader and Logistics Coordinator. Earlier in their career, Rafael worked at DHL Supply Chain in roles such as Sr. Traffic Coordinator and Warehouse Coordinator. Rafael also worked at BRF as a Logistics Assistant - Inventory Control.

Rafael Nogueira completed their Bachelor's degree in Logistics from FATEC Professor Luiz Rosa from 2005 to 2007. Rafael then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Logistics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2008 to 2010. In 2020, Rafael attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education for the Chicago Booth Approach to Finance - CBAF program. In the same year, they also obtained an International Certification in Executive Coaching and Team Alignment from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2023, they enrolled in the Mindfulness Leadership program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education. Additionally, Rafael has obtained certifications in various areas including Excel for Managers, Inside-out Coaching, and Emotional Oratory.
