Milind Alvares has been working in the tech industry since 2012. Milind began their career at Hash Cookies as Partner/CTO in 2012. In 2017, they moved to XBE, where they held the roles of Director of Product and Senior Developer.

Milind Alvares completed a Bachelor of Philosophy from St. Xavier's, Mapusa in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from St. Xavier's College.
