Brian Cooper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of corrective exercise, personal training, and psychotherapy. As the president of Cooper Mind and Body, Inc. since April 2008, Brian focuses on providing specialized services, leveraging strengths in public speaking, coaching, education, and performance coaching. In addition, Brian serves as a Wellness Specialist and Educational Consultant for XBody World and has been an adjunct faculty member at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 1995, where coaching and personal training classes are taught. Previously, Brian was a Master Personal Trainer at Wellbridge from August 1994 to December 2019. Brian holds a Master of Science in Sport Psychology from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.
