Autumn Richards

Autumn Richards is a Business System Engineer at XCAL TOOLS, where experience includes roles as Assistant to the Vice President, Assistant Plant Manager, and Process Engineer since June 2020. Prior to this position, Autumn worked as an Analyst at Connors Group from August 2018 to July 2019, contributing to various industries and finalizing an internal database for engineered labor standards for grocery chains such as Wegmans and LobLaws. Autumn holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, completed in 2020, and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 2015.
