Sneha Gurav has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Sneha started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Vodafone and later transitioned into the role of Senior Executive. Their responsibilities included database administration activities such as GRID and RDBMS installation, deploying and supporting RAC/ASM environment, installing Oracle clients on various platforms, implementing standby databases, and applying patches.
After working at Vodafone, Sneha joined IBM as a Senior Technical Services Specialist. In this role, they actively worked as an Application Oracle DBA and was responsible for user management, complex SQL queries, and database refresh activities.
Sneha then joined Techknomatic Services Private Limited as an Associate Consultant. During their time there, they worked as a Data Analyst for Persistent Systems, specifically with the client TaskRabbit. Sneha gained hands-on experience in data analysis and working with a task management network.
In 2021, Sneha had a summer internship at Xcaliber Infotech Pvt. Ltd. before joining them as a Lead Business Analyst in 2022. As a Lead Business Analyst, they are leading cross-functional teams in the Supply Chain Management area, conducting business process analysis, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Sneha Gurav has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Analytics & Consulting from the University of Strathclyde, obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from MIT College of Engineering in Pune, India, from 2010 to 2013. Sneha also holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Government Polytechnic in Pune, India, obtained from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sneha has obtained several certifications including Data Science Orientation from Coursera in 2020, Introduction to R software from NPTEL in 2018, Cognitive Practitioner from IBM in 2018, ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, and various Oracle certifications in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
