Bridget Lapage

Bridget Lapage is currently the Head of HR at Xcede Group, where she serves as a HR Business Partner, working closely with key stakeholders to design and implement the UK People Strategy. Prior to this, she held the position of HR Manager at Citywire, where she advised and coached managers on various HR issues and managed a team. Bridget also has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at LVI Associates and as a HR Assistant at St Paul's School. With a strong educational background in Human Resources and Human Geography from institutions such as DPG, Kingston College, Cardiff University, Phillips Academy, and Shrewsbury School, Bridget brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role in HR.
