Ben Davis - Associate Director

Ben Davis has over 20 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, and financial services staffing. Ben has held various roles in renowned companies such as Xcede, where they served as the Associate Director and Head of the Team Software UK team. In this position, Davis was responsible for driving the delivery of the team across a client base operating at the cutting edge of the IT industry. Ben brought the best talent into the business to create a differentiated talent solutions provider. Prior to Xcede, Davis worked as the Head of Perm at EarthStream, specializing exclusively in the energy, resources, and environment sectors. Their career also includes serving as an Account Director at iKas International and Business Manager at Hays Finance Technology in Sydney. Davis was transferred to the Sydney office to set up and establish the Hays Finance Technology brand, where they recruited within the Project Management and Business Analysts space, as well as hiring senior managers. Ben also held the role of Delivery Team Leader at Hays, initially running an Infrastructure desk supplying into Tier 1 Investment Banks. Previously, Davis worked as a Senior Infrastructure Recruiter at McGregor Boyall and as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Progressive Recruitment.

Ben Davis - Associate Director attended Crypt Grammar School in Gloucester from 1989 to 1994, where they completed their GCSEs. Ben then attended St Peter's High School in Gloucester from 1994 to 1997, focusing on A-Levels. Finally, they studied at the University of Leeds from 1997 to 2000, earning a BA degree in Sport and Media.
