Christa O'Gorman

Christa O'Gorman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and project management. Currently serving as AVP of Strategic Initiatives at Xceedance since June 2025, O'Gorman previously worked at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies from March 2007 to November 2023 in various managerial roles, including National Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Sr. Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives. In these positions, O'Gorman led teams overseeing enterprise initiatives, enhancing efficiency and profitability, and integrating processes following acquisitions.
