Currently serving as the SVP Operating Leader for UK and Europe at Xceedance since April 2025, Gavin drives delivery optimization across the insurance ecosystem. Previously, as the Head of Insurance Distribution & Client Management at Axio, Gavin leveraged industry relationships to enhance cyber risk assessment technology and advocate for regulatory changes. With over a decade at Allianz in various senior roles, including Global Account Director overseeing a €4.2 billion portfolio, Gavin has consistently achieved double-digit growth and developed strategic initiatives across global markets. Gavin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin and an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
