Rahul Agarwal

Rahul Agarwal is an AVP of Digital Initiatives at Xceedance, where they focus on digital transformation and leadership in GenAI and RPA. Having begun their career as a Software Engineer at Reliance Communications, they have held various roles including Mainframe Developer at Satyam Computer Services and the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Project Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. They served as a Senior Manager of RPA at Genpact and as Assistant General Manager at HCLTech before their current position. Rahul holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and a postgraduate diploma in software development from C-DAC, Noida.
