Safiya Khatoon

Safiya Khatoon has over 8 years of experience in the P&C and general lines of the US and UK insurance industry. They began their career at Genpact, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Process Associate, Process Associate, and Process Developer from 2012 to 2016. Safiya then worked as an HR Manager at Vansh Network Marketing Private Limited from 2021 to 2022 and briefly as a General Accounting Ops Analyst at Accenture in 2018. Currently, they serve as a Process Expert at Xceedance, focusing on insurance and reinsurance. Safiya holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kanpur University, which they earned in 2008.
