Suresh Pokhriyal

Suresh Pokhriyal currently serves as Vice President of Claims at Xceedance, a role held since December 2016, where responsibilities include supporting Process Engineering & Operations in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain and delivering cost-effective technology-driven solutions to clients. Prior to this, Suresh worked at GENPACT from February 2001 to December 2016 as a Senior Manager, accumulating over 16 years of experience in Operations, Process, and Quality Management within the BPO sector, with a strong focus on team management and customer relationship management. Suresh holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
