Francesca DiMartini

Francesca DiMartini has had a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of HR & Office Operations at Xcel Brands, Inc., where they began in September 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Reed Elsevier from December 2008 to August 2014, serving as the Regional Director of Facilities & Corporate Services Management. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the facility management and office operations of multiple locations across a large region. Before Reed Elsevier, Francesca worked at LexisNexis as the Region Director from June 1997 to December 2008, where they managed six field office locations and led a team of facility managers. Francesca began their career at Cullen and Dykman LLP as a Human Resources Assistant Manager from February 1994 to June 1997, where they handled recruitment, employee benefits, and payroll functions. Francesca also worked at Shaw Licitra Esernio & Schwartz as an Office Manager from 1991 to 1994, where they supervised a large team and provided counsel to employees on career and personal development.

Francesca DiMartini attended Nassau Community College from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Legal Science. Following this, they pursued further education at Adelphi University from 1987 to 1989. Francesca obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Adelphi University.
