Chad Heck

Chad Heck is an experienced security and compliance professional with a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Assurance Analyst at Xcel Energy since December 2014, Chad has held multiple roles focusing on compliance administration of NERC CIP Physical Security assets and developing protective measures against threats to critical infrastructure. Prior experience includes positions as a Compliance Analyst at KellyMitchell Group, a Business Analyst at BEW Global, and various roles in law enforcement with the Lena Police Department, Stephenson County Sheriff's Police, and Warren Police Department. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Security from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Baker College.
