Elliot Hunt

Elliot Hunt is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in equipment and system analytics, currently serving as Manager of Equipment & System Analytics at Xcel Energy since April 2018. Prior roles include Principal Rotating Equipment Engineering and Sr Rotating Equipment Engineer at the same company. Previously, Elliot held the position of Production Operations Engineer at Omaha Public Power District and worked as a Product Development Engineer at both Hood Packaging and Bemis Company, Inc., contributing to new product designs and materials in the flexible packaging industry. Elliot began a career in engineering with a co-op at Omaha Public Power District, focusing on safety upgrades and work instructions at a coal-fired facility, and also gained early experience as a teller at the Bank of Colorado. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
