Kevin Nyberg

Kevin Nyberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in site performance and operations support within the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Site Performance & Ops Support at Xcel Energy since June 2006. Kevin has held various leadership roles at Xcel Energy, including Leadership Excellence Manager, Security Manager, Security Programs Supervisor, and Security Consultant/Analyst. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Kevin worked as a Security Training Coordinator at Wackenhut from May 2002 to June 2006. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 2018 and 2020, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed in 2017.
