Leanna Seiner-Chapman

Leanna Seiner-Chapman is currently working at Xcel Energy as the Planning and Technology Assessment Manager for Customer Energy & Transportation Solutions. Prior to that, Leanna held various roles at Deloitte, including Audit Senior. Leanna is also the Co-Chair of the Pride Alliance Business Resource Group, where Leanna serves as a strategic thought partner and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community both internally and externally. Leanna holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of South Dakota, where Leanna also earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
