Lisa Kauffman

Lisa Kauffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, strategy, and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Change Management at Xcel Energy since November 1999. Kauffman leads a centralized team to implement change management methodologies across various programs and projects. Previous roles include strategic oversight and communication leadership for the Utilities & Corporate Services sectors, managing customer experience initiatives, and enhancing energy efficiency programs. Kauffman holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
