Pam O'Neal

Pam O'Neal serves as the Director of Control Center & Electric Trouble Operations at Xcel Energy since May 2022 and has extensive experience in the electric utility industry. Prior roles include System Operations Manager and System Operations Team Leader at South Central Indiana REMC, where responsibilities included managing scheduling, training, and enhancing system reliability while focusing on safety and member satisfaction. O'Neal began a career in the industry as a System Operator and Dispatcher, overseeing electric grid operations and team development. Earlier positions at Duke Energy Corporation involved engineering coordination and customer service. O'Neal holds an Associate of Applied Science in Electric Power Technology and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College.
