Seetha Thuraimanikam

Seetha Thuraimanikam currently serves as a Senior Program Management Leader at Xcel Energy, focusing on Application Delivery, Data Analytics, AI and Architecture, Infrastructure and Shared Services, Transformation, and PMO since October 2023. Prior to this, Seetha held the same title at Medtronic from November 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading a Strategic Program Office in Cardiac Rhythm Management and a Digital Transformation Program for China Growth Strategy and Localization. At 3M, from January 2017 to October 2022, Seetha excelled as Data Analytics Lead, overseeing multiple teams to deliver over 60 global data products annually and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Seetha's extensive experience in SAP consulting spans roles at companies including 3M, St. Jude Medical, Cargill, and Sleep Number Corporation, focusing on delivering reporting solutions and managing cross-functional teams. Seetha holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Systems from Curtin University and is currently pursuing further education at MIT Professional Education.
