Steve Rohlwing

Steve Rohlwing is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in risk management and finance. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Enterprise and Market Risk Management at Xcel Energy since June 2003, Steve has held various leadership roles including Director of Risk Strategy and Manager of Budgeting and Reporting. Key achievements include leading a financial team to enhance engagement scores significantly, ensuring error-free monthly closures, and driving the implementation of a new SAP system. Prior to Xcel Energy, Steve worked as an Actuarial Analyst at ING and as a Math Teacher at Loveland High School. Steve holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Colorado Boulder.
