Tawnya Fiedler

Tawnya Fiedler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT leadership and application delivery. Since November 2015, Tawnya has held several senior positions at Xcel Energy, currently serving as Vice President of Application Delivery, and also works as an Adjunct Professor at Bethel University. Prior to joining Xcel Energy, Tawnya was a Director at Target, where roles included leading the Enterprise Project Management Office and overseeing IT Development for Business Intelligence and Pharmacy systems. Tawnya's expertise includes managing large teams, directing IT transformational initiatives, and developing strategic solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
