Tyrel Zich

Tyrel Zich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory policy and pricing, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for Regulatory Policy at Xcel Energy, a position held since April 2016. In this role, Tyrel Zich provides leadership on regulatory strategy planning and customer programs in Wisconsin and Michigan. Prior to this, Tyrel Zich held various positions within Xcel Energy, including Manager of Pricing and Planning, and Principal Rate Analyst, where responsibilities included formulating rate case strategies, developing pricing models, and leading interdisciplinary teams on initiatives such as electric vehicle programs and clean energy transitions. Tyrel Zich also served as a Program and Policy Analyst at the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, advising on pricing matters and creating tools for utility comparisons.
