Matt Briggs is the Director of Operations at TLC Rail Services since February 2023. Prior to that, Matt held the position of Director of Industrial Services at XCEL from August 2011 to present. Matt also has experience as a NCCER Maintenance and Operations Craft Instructor at Southland Safety, LLC. and as a QA Inspector at Trinity Industries, Inc. Their extensive background includes expertise in AAR services, NDT & inspection services, and hands-on training and performance verification. With a Master Trainer degree in Oil & Gas Craft Instruction, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the rail industry.
