Melissa Hadhazy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and senior leadership roles across various sectors, including food and beverage, life sciences, and consumer packaged goods. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at X/Celerant Consulting since January 2025, Melissa previously held roles such as Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and Infosys Consulting, and Associate Partner at Capgemini Consulting, where expertise included supply chain, manufacturing, and strategic operations. Melissa began a career at Roland Berger, managing significant performance improvement initiatives, and holds a Master’s degree in Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
