Jennifer Hotka

Jennifer Hotka is an experienced professional in the field of investigation and law enforcement, currently serving as a Field Investigator at Xcelerate Solutions since January 2025. Previous roles include Field Investigator at CANDA Solutions and Investigator at Paragon Systems Inc. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Law Enforcement and Community Engagement Manager at Aftermath Services and as a Criminal Investigator for the State of Colorado. Early career experiences include serving as a Deputy Sheriff at the Adams County Sheriff's Office and an Eligibility Technician at the Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services.
