Kathy Ellis

Kathy Ellis has a diverse work experience in program and project management, strategic communications, and business development.

Kathy worked as a Project Manager at Xcelerate Solutions starting in 2020.

From 2018 to 2019, Kathy served as a Program Manager at JAB Innovative Solutions, LLC, specifically for the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) in various locations such as Mountain View, Cambridge, DC, and Austin.

Prior to that, they were with Kros-Wise, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, where they contributed to the Navy Data Center Consolidation Program Management and Strategic Communications.

From 2012 to 2014, Kathy worked as a Sr. Analyst at CACI International Inc, overseeing Strategic Communications and Outreach for the Defense Forensics Office and DoD JIEDDO.

Kathy owned and operated their own consulting firm, Alfieri Consulting LLC, from 2009 to 2012.

Additionally, Kathy has experience working for the United States Department of Defense, serving as a Public Affairs and Outreach Manager from 2008 to 2009 and as a Coalition Provisional Authority Training Coordinator and Protocol Manager from 2004 to 2005.

Other notable positions include Director of Business Development at Bell Pottinger Communications USA from 2007 to 2008, and DoD Biometrics Task Force Analyst and International Liaison at Ideal Innovations, Inc. from 2005 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Kathy was the Executive Director of the French-American Chamber of Commerce - Washington, DC from 2001 to 2003.

Kathy Ellis holds a Master's degree in French Civilization with a concentration in Middle East Political Science from Middlebury College. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Chestnut Hill College.
