Josh Zumbach has worked in the IT industry for nearly two decades. In 2002, they began their career as a PC Projects Analyst at Atofina Chemicals. Josh then moved to ARAMARK in 2003, where they held roles as an IT Technical Group Lead and Senior Customer Support Analyst. In 2009, Josh joined CompuCom as a Technical Support Analyst. The following year, they began a decade-long tenure at Maritz, first as an Analyst - Infrastructure and then as an Analyst - Infrastructure II. In 2019, Josh became a Lead Engineer at ClubCorp, and in 2022 they joined Xcelocloud Inc. as a L3 Support Engineer.
Josh Zumbach attended Drexel University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems.
