Kim H.

Kim H. has over 30 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Kim began their career in 1992 as a Development Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company, where they were awarded for the company's competitive Superior Performance Opportunity for Undergraduates Program. Kim was promoted four times in six years before moving on to Praxair, Inc. in 1998 as a Project Manager for Facilities and Atmospheric Gas Systems. Two years later, they joined M&T Bank as an Assistant Vice President for Commercial Planning & Strategy. In 2005, they became a Global Program Manager for the Specialty Materials Business Unit at Honeywell, where they were one of four managers selected by the CEO to speak at the Annual Global Senior Leadership Meeting. Kim then went on to Northrop Grumman in 2008 as a Senior Program Manager for the Electronic Systems Business Unit, where they managed a DoD customer relationship and delivered double-digit margins significantly above baseline with on-time delivery. In 2011, they joined First Solar as a Senior Program Manager for Technology and led technology initiatives in a disciplined portfolio management environment. Kim then moved to Therma-Tru Doors in 2018 as a Senior Program Manager for New Product Development before joining Carlisle Fluid Technologies in 2019 as the New Product Development Program Lead, where they led cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams in commercializing new and innovative products. Most recently, Kim joined Xcelocloud Inc. in 2022 as a Senior Product Manager.

Kim H. started their educational journey in 1993 when they attended the University of Rochester, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1997. Kim then pursued an MBA in Finance at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, which they completed in 2002. In 2021, Kim H. enrolled in the Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they are still attending. In addition to their formal education, Kim H. has obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute in March 2022, a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2022, a Kellogg Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program from Kellogg Executive Education in January 2022, and a PMP from the Program Management Institute in August 2007.
