Sai S Maddipatla has over 18 years of professional experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant, Entrepreneur, Advisor, and Staff Argumentation for Self. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Director/Head of COE at XcelPros, where they were responsible for building a Shared Services centre from scratch and managing the Development centre with the responsibility of incorporation, recruitment, product development, Sales and Marketing teams. From 2008 to 2017, they were the Associate Director at Colt Technology Services, where they were responsible for designing and providing cutting edge IT solutions aligned with the business requirements within a short turnaround time.
