Brett Franklin

Brett Franklin is a seasoned professional in user experience and digital product design, currently serving as Sr. Director UX at XCentium since November 2021. Prior to this role, Brett was the Head of User Experience & Digital Product Design at DEUX MACHINA INC from 2018 to November 2021, where there was a focus on client relations and strategic guidance for multinational consulting firms. Brett also held the position of Vice President of User Experience at Luminos Labs from 2016 to 2018, leading user experience initiatives and managing a team of ten. Earlier experience includes two tenures as Head of User Experience & Digital Product Design at DEUX MACHINA INC (2012-2016) and as Vice President of Creative Services at Guidance (2004-2012), along with roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day focused on strategy for high-profile clients. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego, along with degrees from Sophia University and International Christian University.
