Earl Seethal

Earl Seethal is a seasoned professional in quality management with a robust background in fintech and gaming. They served as Quality Manager at Derivco, where they successfully brought product certification back on track in the U.S. and led their team to achieve ISO certification while managing Agile Scrum processes. In their role as Test Manager at Clearon Systems, Earl acted as both Product Owner and Test Manager, overseeing project delivery and quality assurance. They are currently the Head of Quality at Xceptor while pursuing a degree in IT Project Management at the University of South Africa.
