Lester Buxton is a Senior Associate in Client Delivery and Implementation Consultant at Xceptor since April 2023. In addition, Lester serves as a Councillor and has held the positions of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Haringey since May 2022. Lester completed a PhD in Physics with a focus on Quantum Biology at the University of Surrey from September 2018 to July 2022, studying the effects of noise on quantum decoherence in biological systems. Prior education includes an Integrated Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Bath, obtained between 2014 and 2018.
