Neil Sheppard

Neil Sheppard has over 25 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Neil currently holds the position of Strategic Partner/Accounts Director at Xceptor, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, Neil served as the Global Head of Business Development Asset Servicing at SmartStream Technologies from March 2021 to December 2022. Neil also worked as the Director of Sales and Account Management at Xenomorph from April 2020 to March 2021. Neil has extensive experience in operations and services, having served as the Managing Director Operations and Services EMEA and APAC at FIS / XSP from July 2005 to April 2020. Neil has also held various managerial positions at SunGard Financial Systems, XcitekSolutionsPlus, LLC (XSP), Magenta One, UBS, Morgan Stanley, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein throughout their career.
