Nikki Feare

Nikki Feare is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Xceptor since July 2023. Previously, Nikki held the position of Senior Director, EMEA Employee Success at Tableau Software from August 2016 to September 2024, leading the Business Partner function across EMEA following its acquisition by Salesforce in 2019. Nikki's career includes roles such as Director of HR EMEA at Salesforce and VP of Employee Success EMEA, as well as various HR leadership positions at MXF Consulting Limited, ECO Capacity Exchange, SpinVox, O2, Avis Budget Group, Lonza, and Nortel, where Nikki successfully focused on HR strategy, organizational development, and employee success initiatives across diverse global teams.
