Pete Daffern

Pete Daffern has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, currently serving as Interim CEO and Private Equity Operating Partner at Cognism, along with their position as Chairman of the Board at Cognism. Daffern also holds the role of Chairman at Volue and Xceptor, and serves as Operating Partner at PeakSpan Capital. Additional board involvement includes being a Board Member at NSPCC, and holding Non-Executive Director positions at Stylitics, GroupBy, and Unily. Daffern’s leadership helped Amplience raise $100 million from FarView Capital and contributed to significant funding rounds for other companies, including a recent $87.5 million raise by Cognism from Viking Investors. Daffern earned a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Sheffield University from 1984 to 1988.
