Stephanie Masters possesses extensive experience in project and program management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation Programmes and previously as a Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager at Xceptor since March 2020, Stephanie leads complex projects for financial institutions. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Regional Head of Project Management at Fidessa from 2013 to 2020, overseeing a team responsible for a portfolio of global projects and managing a variety of service delivery initiatives.
