Simon Oxley

Simon Oxley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at XCF Global since February 2025, Simon previously held the same position at Tellurian Inc. from June 2023 to October 2024. Prior to these roles, Simon spent nearly 14 years at Barclays Investment Bank, where responsibilities included Managing Director and Director in the Oil & Gas division. Simon's career began at Citigroup, where Simon served as Vice President from 2001 to 2009.
