Alfred West is the founder and CEO of Xchange Telecom, an integrated communications company established in 2002, which has successfully expanded to serve over 25,000 customers in the tri-state area. Prior to this role, Alfred West served as CEO of EconoPhone from 1990 to 2000, where significant experience in telecommunications was gained.
