James Gloster

James Gloster has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. James began their career in 2000 as a Helpdesk at Dynamic Strategies. In 2003, they moved to Novartis Pharmaceuticals as a Helpdesk Manager, where they were responsible for Change Control for Field Force and reporting of Novartis' current and future Change Control initiatives. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Dassault Falcon Jet, where they managed the U.S. network infrastructure and datacenter operations. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at BlogTalkRadio/Cinchcast as the VP of IT and Telephony Operations, managing the technology stack of .NET, Windows Server 2003/2008, NodeJS, MongoDB, Redis, SQL Server, My SQL, Asterisk, Pactolus, CentOS, and Continuous Deployment. In 2021, they moved to iconectiv as Director of Networking. Currently, they are working at Xchange Telecom as Chief Information Officer and Vice President Information Technology.

James Gloster has a Masters Degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute Technology, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. James also has a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. James additionally has three certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in February 2021, CCNA from Cisco obtained in June 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco obtained in June 2019.
