Michael Posy

Michael Posy has worked in various roles since 2006. Michael began their career as a Marketing Intern at CBS Outdoor in 2006. In 2008, they moved on to become the Credit & Collection Manager at DAGIM TAHORIM LLC., where they managed Accounts Receivables, Credit applications and extensions and negotiated payment plans. In 2009, they took on the role of Property Manager/Leasing Agent at Rubin Realty. From 2011 to present, they have held multiple roles at Xchange Telecom, including Vice President of Residential and Small Business, Director of Operations, Director of Customer Operations and Assistant Controller/Collections Manager. In their role as Director of Customer Operations, they have lead a team of Tier 1 and 2 technicians, researched and implemented network equipment deployment and software, and personally handled all Premier customer escalations.

Michael Posy obtained a B.S in Finance from Touro University between 2004 and 2007. Michael also attended YFR but did not receive any degree or certification.
