Jim Brady is executive vice president of Global Delivery for DXC Technology. He is responsible for delivery excellence for DXC’s customers, including process improvements, talent development and innovative technology to automate processes. Jim brings more than 30 years of experience in advancing growth, improving operations and developing high-performing teams in order to accelerate DXC’s transformation.
In his previous role as president of the Americas Region for DXC, he was responsible for improving operations and advancing growth in the region.
Prior to DXC, Jim served as chief operating officer (COO) of Accumen Inc., a tech-enabled healthcare performance company. As COO, Jim was responsible for client delivery and relationship management, execution of company financials, innovation and transformation. The company was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2019 and was named one of the Top 10 Supply Chain Management solution companies by Healthcare Tech Outlook.
Jim's executive leadership and operations experience includes managing multi-billion dollar global operations, driving quality and performance excellence programs, and developing customer relationships. Before joining Accumen, Jim served in a variety of leadership positions at Accenture where he led teams of outsourcing and consulting professionals who delivered innovative and progressive results while implementing best practices and improvements in business process outsourcing for customers.
Prior to that, Jim served 20 years at Honeywell in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as vice president of Integrated Supply Chain for the aerospace engines business. He also served as the chairman of the Aerospace Integrity and Compliance Council.
